~Participate in Fox River Resource Damage Assessmant (NRDA)
~Representatives to the Fox River Resoure Trustee Council
~Work towards resolution of the NRDA damage claim
~Plan and complete the Oneida Fishery Restoration Project- a 40 acre sustainalbe fishery
~Plan and implement environmental restoration projects
~Development of the Oneida Nation Environmental Protection Law
~Review of federal and state legislation
~Research and prepare tribal comments on the EHS policy issues
~Advise on policy implementation within the EHS Division
~Serve as Balanced Scorecard Division Strategy Manager
~Assist with strategic planning and performance measurement
~Evaluate EHS Division programs
~Inform tribal decision makers of EHS policy issues
~Report EHS progress and results through presentation and EHS State of the Environment Report
