ATTENTION ONEIDA TRIBAL ATHLETES 14 AND OLDER:
Take advantage of Oneida Family Fitness Center's Sport Specific Athletic Training today! This class is designed to enhance the athlete's strenth, speed, agility, power, and balance for improved performance in all athletic activities. The days and times are as followed: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:30am. All athletes do need to be members of Oneida Family Fitness to participate.
