Oneida Family Fitness presents a 6-week "Stressercize" Stress Management Program
** 1 RAS point will be awarded upon completion of the program **
This programs is designed to educate you on what creates stress, stress' physiological effects on the body and the steps you can take to minimize the negative effects stress may have on you.
Program Date: Tuesday, April 7, 2015 (6 week program; meets weekly on Tuesdays)
Time: 5:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
