SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

Individual, Couples and Family Therapy. ATODA (Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug Abuse) Individual and Groups. Mental Health. Co-Occurring. Gambling. Smoking. Psychological Evaluations. Psychiatric Evaluations - Adult and Child. Med Management - for patients who no longer need psychotherapy and are on medication only. Case Management. Therapy Groups: Corrective Thinking; Adolescent "Voices Speak Out"; Adult Discovery Group; Morning Adult Journey Group - includes one Family Night. Evening Adult Journey Group - includes one Family Night. Diabetic Support Group - meetings held at the Health Center. Women=s Trauma Group; Veterans Support Group; Prescription Refill Line; Treatment for completion of the Driver's Safety Plan. Triage - is available to assist you in getting your initial intake appointment either by phone or walk in services. Our triage staff is also available to assist you if your are in crisis, suicidal and or just not feeling well today. Our triage staff will either see you at our office locations or will mobile out into the community if you are not able to get in to see us. Our phones are transferred to the Brown County Crisis Center at 5:00 p.m. daily for any of our after hours crisis calls.

 

ELIGIBILITY:

Enrolled Oneida Tribal Members, Enrolled Native Americans from a Federally recognized tribe that resides in Brown or Outagamie County. Non-native or not insured spouses are eligible for service, however they will be billed for costs not covered, through third party billing.

 

 

COST:

Funding through Indian Health Services/Oneida Tribal Contributions, Medical Assistance/Medicare, Private Insurance, Private Pay
