SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

Mental Health provides counseling services including initial assessments, treatment plans and on-going psychotherapy for individuals, groups, couples and families. Each therapist will work with all age groups and with a multitude of different problems ranging from the chronically mentally ill, to the client experiencing situational distress and to clients with co-occurring disorders. Therapist will make home visits to assess the family situation and or to meet individual client needs.

 

ELIGIBILITY:

Enrolled Oneida Tribal Members, Enrolled Native Americans from a Federally recognized tribe that resides in Brown or Outagamie County.Non-native or not insured spouses are eligible for service, however they will be billed for costs not covered, through third party billing.

 

COST:

Funding through Indian Health Services/Oneida Tribal Contributions, Medical Assistance/Medicare, Private Insurance, Private Pay.
