SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

Primary role includes Assessments, Individual and Group Counseling. Counsels and aids individuals and families requiring assistance dealing with substance abuse problems, such as alcohol or drug abuse and families and individuals with co-occurring disorders. Refers clients to other support services as needed. Assessments, Case Management, Crisis Intervention, Client Education, Referral, Treatment Planning. Consultation with other Professionals

ELIGIBILITY:

Enrolled Oneida Tribal Members, Enrolled Native Americans from a Federally recognized tribe that resides in Brown or Outagamie County.Non-native or not insured spouses are eligible for service, however they will be billed for costs not covered, through third party billing. 

COST:

Funding through Indian Health Services/Oneida Tribal Contributions, Medical Assistance/Medicare, Private Insurance, Private Pay
