Behavioral Health Triage is your first contact to schedule any intake appointments for ATODA and Mental Health services. Our Triage staff are trained as crisis counselors enabling us to complete on site suicidal or homicidal assessment and to assist in the process of emergency situations. Triage will also perform brief counseling, screening, assessments and referral of new or existing patients who call-in, walk-in or are referred to Oneida Behavioral Health Services. They also schedule and meet with new clients to further screen and assess the client as a preliminary step to making recommendations for subsequent services provided by but not limited to, Oneida Behavioral Health Services. Our Triage staff will mobile out in the community in crisis situations to assist patients.
Enrolled Oneida Tribal Members, Enrolled Native Americans from a Federally recognized tribe that resides in Brown or Outagamie County.Non-native or not insured spouses are eligible for service, however they will be billed for costs not covered, through third party billing.
Funding through Indian Health Services/Oneida Tribal Contributions, Medical Assistance/Medicare, Private Insurance, Private Pay
