Professional Services: The Oneida EAP offers confidential, professional problem assessment, short-term counseling, and referral to appropriate community service providers, as well as follow-up for the broad range of human problems such as stress, depression, substance abuse, child/family, grief, anger, financial, and other personal problems.
The Oneida EAP now offers WELLNESS COACHING for employees who would like to make lifestyle changes to improve their overall energy level and sense of personal well being.
The Oneida EAP also offers consultations for supervisors in helping employees with job performance problems and supervisors are encouraged to refer employees to the Oneida EAP for assistance as soon as possible.
Eligibility & Cost: The Oneida EAP is offered free of cost to all Oneida employees and their household family members.

Location & Hours: Our office is located in Oneida Behavioral Health at the rear entrance of the Oneida Social Services Building (formerly OLC). An appointment can be scheduled with an EAP Counselor by calling 490-3706 or 490-3716 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
