Welcome to the Development Division of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin. The purpose of the Development Division is to service the Oneida Nation and its employees by providing for improved Quality of Life and to expand Economic Growth and Development through the management, administration, oversight and direction of the Development Division. To protect the health, safety and welfare of the public and Tribal employees by assuring adherence to code, industry and insurance standards. To develop and maintain a strategic planning cycle which merges Capital Improvement Projects, Economic and Community Development with Budget by linking strategy to initiatives, investments, and expected results. The Development Division administers Responsible/Responsive Government Infra structure and services to the Tribe and the surrounding communities.
Currently, the Development Division consists of Business Development, Engineering, Planning/Statistics, Zoning, Utilities, Geographical/Land Information Systems (GLIS), Tsyunhehkwa, and the OCIFS business units. Some of the major responsibilities our Division carries out are: 
Maintenance of the Oneida Nation's Roads and business locations.
Ensure that all tribally owned buildings are in top condition.

Managing multi-million dollar projects while
ensuring the safety and welfare of all employees and our customers.
Provide Environmentally safe wastewater treatment
and drinking water to the community.
