Director Marty Antone


Marty Antone was hired/transferred to Emergency Management Homeland Security (EMHS) as Director of EMHS on September 11th, 2006. Marty retired from Oneida Police Department after 22 years of law enforcement and also served in the U.S. Military from 1984-2006 in Active and Reserve Units. Marty has past disaster experience as Police Advisor for Humanitarian Missions in Bosnia 1996, Kosova 1999-2000 and Iraq War 2003-2004. Marty is also an instructor for the Department of Homeland Security/FEMA.



Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. Currently attending UW-Platteville for Graduate studies.  Over 82 certifications from DOD, Federal, and State agencies related to Emergency Management/Homeland Security.



Experienced Advisor, Police Supervisor, Detective Sergeant, Polygraph Examiner, and Certified Instructor. Specialized investigation experience, Force Protection/Anti-Terrorism Advisor, Narcotics Agent, white collar crime, gaming, conspiracy, death, financial, Polygraph examiner for pre-employment and post sex-offender treatment. Seasoned Civilian/Military Advisory 11 years for Domestic/International Emergency Humanitarian Operations at the highest levels of government and assisting Host Foreign Nations and Non-Governmental Agencies-Organizations. Liasion Officer for Wisconsin DOJ Terrorism Liaison Officer Program.
