Blood Degree Increase Requests 

Blood degree increase requests are for those members who are currently enrolled with a blood degree that may not be correct. 

For anyone who feels that their blood degree is incorrect, it is your responsibility to identify the reason for a blood degree increase and attach all supporting documentation to the request (see form).

Requests are reviewed by the Oneida Trust/Enrollment Committee at the regular meeting held the first Tuesday of each month.

Notification of the Trust/Enrollment Committee's decision will be sent in writing within two weeks after the decision is made.
