Open Records Law 7.17.-1. Public Notice Business Committee.
* (b) Special Meetings: Special meetings of the Business Committee shall be held upon a three-day advance notice by the chairman to all members thereof or upon written request of a majority of the Business Committee stating the time, place, and purpose of the meeting.
** (c) Emergency Meetings: Emergency meetings of the Business Committee shall be held upon at least 24 hours advance public notice unless, for good cause, such notice is impossible or impractical.
