Oneida Community Library on Elm ST, east of the Duck Creek bridge;
Green Earth Branch Library on Redtail DR off of HWY H in the Green Earth Mobile Home Park. Mission Statement: Provide for the informational needs of the Oneida community while building a collection that reflects our unique Oneida heritage.
